About Tammy's Tastings

Tammy's Tastings is owned and operated by Tammy Coxen, a passionate food lover in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I love to eat, cook, learn, and write about food!

I created Tammy's Tastings with two complementary goals in mind. The first was to share my passion and enthusiasm through hosting interactive tasting events. These combine my interest in fine ingredients from interesting producers and places with my professional training in group facilitation. You can read all about my approach on the Tastings page.

The second was to share my my chocolates! I've always been a "chocolate geek" - planning vacations around visiting chocolate shops, buying and tasting every new fine chocolate bar or bonbon that appears on the shelves of my my local store. When I started creating my own truffles and bonbons, I gained an even greater respect for this very special ingredient, and I'm pleased to have the opportunity to share my creations with you. My chocolates reflect my Tasting philosphy - that when you learn about the ingredients you are using and how to treat them, the results can be magical!
